How Architecture Can Rebrand Cannabis
Despite its recent legalisation, cannabis still has a bad reputation in many societies. Often associated with crime and dropouts, legal marijuana dispensaries have a long way to go before they can be seen as legitimate businesses. Architecture and design will therefore play a big part in helping businesses rebrand the image of cannabis as a safe recreational substance. The Cannabis Bank architecture competition is tasking participants with doing just that, by creating plans for a cannabis bank that is recognisable and respectable as any restaurant or cafe chain.
